Processing Time
• All orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Details
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method chosen.
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor its journey. Orders ship every Monday.
Zone 1: 1-5 days

Zone 2: 3-10 days
Asia, Oceania, Australia
Zone 3: 7-25 days
Americas, Europe, Etc
Depending on your location, your package may take longer than thee specified time. we use JP Post and USPS for shipping.
International Shipping
• We offer international shipping to select countries. Any customs fees, taxes, or duties are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping charges.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at Trackline.cc@gmail.com with your order details. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the package, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
