At Trackline, we prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. Please carefully review our return and refund policy:
• Refunds: Refunds are only accepted for unopened products that show clear signs of damage. Any issues must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
• Returns: We do not officially accept returns. However, if you have any concerns, please contact us at Trackline.cc@gmail.com for assistance.
• Distressed Items: Some of our products feature intentional distressing or ripping as part of their design. These are deliberate details and are not considered defects or damage.
EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receipt for any reason, without providing justification. To qualify, items must be unused, in their original packaging, with tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

• Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
• Sale items, gift cards, or customized products cannot be returned.
